Make a Payment - Options for Businesses

Note: ​Vehicle use tax bills (RUT series tax forms) must be paid by check.

Easy options to pay

Pay using:

  • Pay online at MyTax Illinois.
  • Credit Card - Use your MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or Visa to pay your:
    • Business Income Tax (IL-1041, IL-1065, IL-1120, IL-1120-ST)
    • Withholding Income Tax (IL-501/IL-941)
    • Sales and Use (ST-1)
    • Dry Cleaning License Fee (DS-1) 

NOTE: A convenience fee will be assessed on all credit card payments.

  • Mail us your check or money order (follow the payment instructions on the form or voucher associated with your filing). Note: Vehicle use tax bills (RUT series tax forms) must be paid by check.

  • We often receive questions about payment plans. Payment plans are not available until a balance reaches the Collections stage. If you receive a notice from us that has a Collection ID in the upper right corner, indicating your balance has reached Collections, you may be eligible to apply for a payment plan.
