Which formS should I use?

Use 2025 forms for wages paid in 2025. Example: If you paid employees in December 2025, report it on 2025 forms—even if you file in 2026.

Use 2026 forms for wages paid starting January 1, 2026. Example: A paycheck dated January 2, 2026 belongs on 2026 forms.

NOTE: The 2026 Withholding forms will be added as are available.
