Pull Tabs and Jar Games Annual Report for New and Renewal License Applications

Per the Pull Tabs and Jar Games Act (230 ILCS 20/2.2(d)), the Illinois Department of Revenue is required to prepare and publish a report of summary statistical information by May 1 of each year. The report shall provide the following information on the number of new and renewal applications within the previous calendar year showing:

  • total applications received;
  • total applicants who were granted a license;
  • total applicants who were denied a license; 
  • total applicants with any convictions;
  • total applicants with a conviction and granted a license;
  • total applicants with a conviction and denied a license in whole or in part because of a conviction.

This report is applicable to the following licenses and permits:

  • Pull Tabs Manufacturer's License, 230 ILCS 20/1 to 20/7.3
  • Pull Tabs Operator's License, 230 ILCS 20/1 to 20/7.3
  • Pull Tabs Supplier's License, 230 ILCS 20/1 to 20/7.3
