Report Tax Fraud

There are 3 different ways you may report this crime:

Please Note: Complaints regarding improper claiming of dependents, fraudulent activity by non-Illinois residents or other issues related to the federal income tax return should be reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) at 1 800 829-1040 or www.irs.gov.
