IDOR has developed a Retailer Resource page containing resources for retailers and other taxpayers looking for information on topics related to Illinois sales and use tax, including the temporary reductions in tax on retail sales of grocery, effective July 1, 2022, – June 30, 2023, and the structural changes to Illinois’s sales and use tax laws enacted under the Leveling the Playing Field for Illinois Retail Act.
