QCF Books and Records
All applications, notices, filings, certificates, or other documents required to be submitted to or issued by the Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) shall be made by electronic means.
Qualified Community Foundations (QCFs) shall maintain books and records and make them available upon request by IDOR.
Note: QCFs shall maintain their books and records for no less than three years.
Failure to provide books and records to IDOR upon request may result in revocation of your status as a QCF.
