QCF - Accepting Applications

Qualified Community Foundations (QCFs) may begin accepting contributions eligible for tax credit under the Illinois Gives Tax Credit Program as soon as they are approved to be a QCF by the Department. 

To apply to be a QCF, register at MyTax Illinois.

Foundations must meet the standards established by Community Foundations National Standards to be considered as a QCF.
