County Motor Fuel

Statutory Reference

DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, and Will Counties have imposed a tax on the retail sale of motor fuel. Funds, minus an administrative fee not greater than 2 percent of the previous fiscal year's receipts, are distributed monthly.
