Tobacco Products Tax Forms
Form TP-1, Tobacco Products Tax Return, and Form TP-1-X, Amended Tobacco Products Tax Return, must be filed electronically. You can use MyTax Illinois to file these forms, or you can also file using a direct file service through an outside vendor.
