Public Hearing on Proposed Amendments to 86 Ill. Adm. Code 100.2430
The Illinois Department of Revenue will hold a public hearing on June 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CDT via WebEx to receive comments on proposed amendments to 86 Ill. Adm. Code 100.2430 (Income Tax).
Those wishing to provide oral testimony may register by emailing REV.GCO@illinois.gov. A WebEx link will be sent upon registration, which closes at 5:00 p.m. on June 3, 2026. The link will also be available at: https://tax.illinois.gov/research/legalinformation/proposedrules.html.
Speakers are asked to limit remarks to five minutes. Written comments or supporting materials may be submitted prior to the hearing and will be included in the public record. Submissions may be sent to:
