IDOR has received rate changes to take effect January 1, 2022, from the local governments listed below. If yours is not listed, please contact us immediately at 217-785-6518. Please note that ordinances must be submitted to the department in compliance with the filing dates as set forth in the applicable statutes.

This listing is strictly to confirm receipt of tax rate change documentation.  An approval letter will be sent by Legal Services once the documentation has been reviewed.

For the tax listed below, a certified copy of the ordinance must be filed or postmarked on or before September 20, 2021, for the tax to take effect on January 1, 2022.
