New IDOR Service Streamlines Vehicle Title Transactions at Chicago DMV
The Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) now offers on‑site vehicle tax payment services at the Secretary of State’s Chicago Flagship Center (125 W. Monroe St.), allowing customers to complete tax and title/registration steps in a single visit.
Customers should bring all required documents. Payments are accepted by cash, check, money order, debit card, or credit card.
Supported forms: RUT‑25, RUT‑25‑LSE, RUT‑50, ST‑556.
IDOR service hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
