FY 2024-21, Summary of Municipal Motor Fuel Tax Rate Changes, Effective July 1, 2024

As permitted under the Municipal Motor Fuel Tax Law, effective July 1, 2024, Forest Park (Cook County) has increased the Municipal Motor Fuel Tax rate on sales of motor fuel at retail within the municipality.
