What do I need to give to my bank to allow electronic payments to be debited from my account?

Increasingly, many financial institutions continue to implement anti-fraud safeguards that may limit certain electronic debit payments from processing towards your account. To rectify, they may require the Originator or Customer identification (ID) number which is assigned to IDOR for its debit payment originations. Please call 217 782-6257 to be provided with IDOR's Originator or Customer Identification (ID) number that corresponds with your payment channel.

You may access additional information by searching the entire Illinois Department of Revenue website.

If you have additional inquiries, you may submit them on the Questions, Comments, or Requests form.
