ST-556
Form ST-556 can now be filed electronically using MyTax Illinois, our new FREE online account management program. If you have not already done so, you will need to activate your account by clicking on the "Sign up Now!" button at mytax.illinois.gov.
Alternatively, you can obtain ST-556 forms preprinted for each of your business locations by calling our Central Registration Division at 217 785-3707.
