Hotel Tax Forms

Beginning July 1, 2025, hosting platforms for short-term rentals that meet the definition of “re-renter” are subject to Hotel Operators’ Occupation Tax. For additional information regarding recent changes, please refer to Informational Bulletin FY 2025-28, Hotel Operators' Occupation Tax Updates for Hosting Platforms for Short-Term Rentals.

Eligible forms may be filed electronically using MyTax Illinois, a FREE online account management program.
