How do I find my Illinois withholding income tax payment frequency on MyTax Illinois?

To find your Illinois income tax payment frequency, login to your account on MyTax Illinois:

  1. From the My Accounts page, choose your withholding income tax account.
  2. From the Withholding account page, under “I want to…” choose “Make an IL-501 Payment.”
  3. On the Payment Schedule page, choose any period in the year that you want to know your payment frequency.
  4. On the WIT Payment Schedule page, your payment frequency will be shown in the center of the page.
