Major changes are effective January 1, 2017, for Illinois Withholding Income Tax. The 2017 return (Form IL-941) will require the reporting of payroll dates and withholding amounts. Also, the annual filing and payment frequency has been eliminated.

All taxpayer’s 2017 required schedules are updated and viewable in MyTax Illinois (see instructions below). In MyTax Illinois, you may also view any letter that has been published for your accounts, file returns, and make payments.
