The hotel of choice for our conference is The Crowne Plaza Springfield.  It is easily accessible from Interstates 55 and 72 and is located near other hotels, restaurants, a movie theater, Lake Springfield, parks, and golf courses.  On-site amenities include an indoor pool with sun deck, sauna, whirlpool, fitness center, three options for restaurants, and a Starbucks.  Parking is complimentary for hotel guests.

Room Rate:   

$80 per night plus 12% tax

This rate is extended two nights before and two nights after the event.

Rate Deadline:

The conference rate of $80 per night is not guaranteed if you make your reservations after June 15th.
