This is a reminder that the Illinois withholding payment portion of the EFTPS Online will be discontinued on June 30, 2009.
The Illinois Department of Revenue encourages new and existing taxpayers to file and/or pay their Illinois withholding tax electronically using WebFile & Pay. This program does not require registration, special software, or taxpayer PIN.
